These forms must be sent to us electronically. Please ensure that all forms are complete, and registration balance is paid by July 14, 2025 12:00 am. Required Immunizations

The following vaccinations are required for both campers and staff to attend camp:

For campers younger than 11 years old:

DTapA combination vaccine that protects against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough)
MMRMumps, measles, rubella
IPV  Polio (optional)

COVID and Epidemiological Acknowledgement

Sae Jong Camp’s COVID & Epidemiological policy is as follows:

  • Campers only need to test if they are symptomatic before coming to camp.
  • If you would like your child to take a COVID-19 and/or Flu test if either symptomatic and/or before returning home, please bring them to camp. We do not have the capacity to test all campers.
  • As always, we may quarantine a camper in the event that they are symptomatic for any communicable illness. We do not have a COVID-specific policy regarding quarantine.
  • In the event that SJC cannot adequately care for an ill camper at camp, we will contact the camper’s guardians to coordinate pickup or other arrangements
  • In the event of a significant communicable outbreak, we will do our best to notify the SJC community and encourage each family to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves.

NOTE: Should there be a material change in the nation’s epidemiological status of COVID-19 or other diseases, we may change our policies to reflect the safest method to prevent transmission and outbreak while at camp. This is delineated in Camp Westminster’s policies.

Camp Store

Camp fees include $10.00 to spend at the camp store. Each day after lunch, campers may purchase juice, candy, stamps, t-shirts sweatshirts, etc. from the camp store.

Additionally, certain afternoon electives may have a small fee associated with them to cover the cost of camp crafts, T-shirt design, etc. Therefore, you may send in additional money for your camper to spend at the camp store with your balance of payment if your camper plans to spend more than $10.00 for any of the above items. We will bill you after camp for any additional store credit used.  Please note:  Any store credit balances less than $25.00 will be considered a donation to SJC, and not returned. *Time and labor involved in refunding less than $25.00 make it impractical.

Code of Conduct Contract

The Sae Jong Camp Camper Code of Conduct is a set of guidelines that outlines the appropriate behavior expected of campers and staff members in order to promote a positive experience and safe environment for all in attendance. This agreement is a required step during online registration. Parents must certify that they have reviewed the contract with their camper(s).
